Service Description

Ideally, but not exclusively, this class is designed for parents in their second/third trimester of pregnancy. This class will give you support and knowledge tailored to your feeding goals and plan. Together we will build your confidence and prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally for your feeding journey. Our aim is to achieve the most enjoyable experience for you and your baby, We will cover, Hand expressing and colostrum collection, what to expect and how to respond to early feeding cues, positioning, latching, breast/nipple care, engorgement, diet, medications and much more.
